8. Right of Withdrawal

  1. When purchasing products from the Website, you have the right to withdraw your order within 8 days without giving any reason, except as stated below. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 8 days from the date you received the ordered product.
  2. When making a purchase through the Website, you have the right to open the packaging and examine the product to the extent necessary to determine if you are satisfied with it. If the product is handled to a greater extent than necessary to establish its characteristics or function, the Company has the right to deduct a value reduction corresponding to the product’s decreased value compared to its original condition.
  3. Please note that certain products are not covered by the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of products:

a. products manufactured according to your specifications or that have clearly been personalized;

b. products with broken seals that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons (for example, underwear, cosmetic products, similar items, sterile packaging, alcohol solutions, plasters, heating blankets, and foot baths); or

c. products that may deteriorate or expire rapidly.

4. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please send a clear and explicit message to the Company before the 8-day period after delivery has expired. For efficient handling, please include your name, address, order number, order date, email address, and specify which products you wish to return if your order includes multiple items.

5. Products must be returned to us without undue delay. When returning a product, you are responsible for paying the return shipping cost and for the condition of the product from the time you receive it until we receive it. We therefore recommend returning the product in its original packaging, well-protected, and using a trackable shipment.

6. If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund payments received from you, excluding delivery costs. The refund will be made without unnecessary delay, using the same payment method you selected at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

9. Warranty

For products covered by a warranty, the warranty period and applicable conditions are stated in connection with each product description on the Website. To make a warranty claim, the relevant proof of purchase, receipt, and delivery note must be included. Please note that specific warranty terms may apply to products from different suppliers and manufacturers. Therefore, pay close attention to the product description for your specific item.

10. Complaints

Complaints regarding incorrect deliveries or defective goods must be made within 8 days from the date of receipt. Transport damages must be reported immediately to info@gertab.se with photos. Damages to the product must be reported without undue delay. Contact us for more information on the complaint process.
