A Family Business

We are an established family-owned company founded in 1985 by Gert Hoffström and Anne Hoffström in Malmö. Our specialization lies in medical products for various clinic-based professions, such as podiatrists, skincare specialists, massage therapists, tattoo artists, and others.

Since our inception, we have aimed to offer a comprehensive range of products that meet the needs of our professional clients. As a trusted wholesaler, we cater exclusively to businesses. Our goal is to provide everything from specialized medical supplies to everyday essentials, while prioritizing fast deliveries to support and enhance our customers’ workflow.

Where to Find Us

Our headquarters, store, and warehouse are located at Ladugårdsvägen 5 in Lomma, just outside Malmö. To be closer to our customers in Stockholm, we also have a store on Bellmansgatan 24.

We take pride in being a family-owned company, now run by Anne Hoffström’s two sons, Joakim and Jakob. By carrying forward the company’s core values, they strive to continuously develop and improve our ability to meet our customers’ needs and expectations.

How do I become a customer?

To become a customer with us, you need to have a registered business and use our products in your professional practice.

Can I shop as a private consumer?

We sell exclusively to businesses and professionals within the industry, such as podiatrists, massage therapists, skincare specialists, and others. Unfortunately, this means we cannot accept orders from private consumers.

If you are interested in our products, we recommend checking with your local clinic or therapist. They may carry our products for resale or help you place an order.

How much does the shipping cost?

The shipping cost is based on weight, so it depends on how heavy your order is.

If you order for more than 4500 SEK excluding VAT, your order will be shipped free of charge when choosing our most common shipping method, PostNord Parcel.

How long does it take to receive my order?

It usually takes between 1–3 days. If your order is placed before 12:00 on a weekday, there is a good chance we can ship it the same day.

PostNord Parcel deliveries almost always arrive the day after shipment, though some addresses in Sweden may take two days. Deliveries outside Sweden usually take a few days longer.

What happens if I’m not at the delivery address when my package arrives?

If you have chosen Parcel delivery, your order will be delivered directly to your salon or clinic. If you are not present, or if there is any obstacle preventing delivery, the package will be taken to a nearby pickup point. You will then receive an email or SMS with information on where and how to collect your package.

When your order is shipped, you will also receive an email from us with tracking information, allowing you to follow the shipment and plan for the delivery conveniently.
