How can I become a customer?

To become a customer with us, you need to have a registered business and use our products in your professional practice.

Shop as a private consumer?

We sell exclusively to businesses and professionals within the industry, such as podiatrists, massage therapists, and skincare specialists. Unfortunately, this means we cannot accept orders from private consumers.

If you are interested in our products, we recommend contacting your local clinic or therapist. They may offer our products for sale or assist you in placing an order.

Whats the delivery cost?

The shipping cost is based on weight, so it depends on how heavy your order is. 

If your order exceeds SEK 4500 excluding VAT, shipping is free when you choose our standard delivery method.

When will I receive my order?

It usually takes between 1–3 days. If the order is placed before 12:00 on a weekday, there’s a higher chance we can ship it the same day.

PostNord Parcel shipments almost always arrive the day after they’re sent, though some addresses in Sweden may take two days. Deliveries outside Sweden may take longer.

What happens if I’m not at the delivery address when my package arrives?

Deliveries sent with PostNord Parcel are delivered directly to your salon or clinic. If you are not on site or if there is any obstacle to delivery, the package will be redirected to a nearby service point. You will then receive an email or SMS with information on where and how to collect your package.

When your order is dispatched, you will also receive an email from us with tracking information, allowing you to follow the shipment and plan for delivery conveniently.
