Terms and conditions

1. General Terms 

  1. These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply between Gertab Sjukvårdsprodukter AB, 556264-9391 (the “Company”), and you who place an order with us via www.gertab.se (the “Website”). Full contact details and additional company information can be found on the Website. The Terms apply only to customers who place an order and thereby purchase a product from us through the Website. 
  2. In addition to these Terms, the Company’s Privacy Policy also applies. In this policy, you can read about how we process your personal data when you shop with us. 
  3. We may change these Terms at any time. However, the version of the Terms that you accepted at the time of purchase will always apply to that specific purchase. All updates will be shown in the most recently published version of the Terms on the Website. Any changes take effect once you have accepted the Terms, i.e. when you make a new purchase. 

2. Agreement and Order 

  1. To make a purchase via the Website, you must be a registered customer and accept the Terms. 
  2. After receiving your order, the Company will send an order confirmation via email as soon as possible to confirm your purchase. The purchase agreement is entered into only when the Company has confirmed your order in writing and you have received the order confirmation by email. 
  3. The Company reserves the right to decline an order, for example if incorrect information has been provided or if the order cannot be fulfilled due to stock shortages. 

3. Product Information, etc. 

  1. We reserve the right for products to sell out and for any image or typographical errors on the Website, in advertisements, or in other marketing materials and product descriptions. The Company has the right to correct such errors, change or update information on the Website, and make continuous product improvements. 
  2. Images on the Website, in advertisements, and other marketing materials are for illustrative purposes only and should not be regarded as a specification of a product’s properties, functions, origin, or warranty. The Company is not responsible for information on the Website provided by third parties. 
  3. The content on the Website is protected by copyright law. Product names and logos may also be protected by trademark law or marketing legislation. This means that trademarks, trade names, product names, images, graphics, design, layout, and information about products, services, and other content may not be copied or used without prior written consent from the Company. 

4. Prices and Payment 

  1. At the time of ordering, the prices stated on the Website apply unless otherwise expressly agreed or if circumstances clearly indicate otherwise. All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) excluding applicable VAT. Prices do not include any payment or shipping fees, which are specified separately. The total price of your order is displayed before you complete your purchase and in the order confirmation. 
  2. The Company strives to ensure that all information on the Website is as accurate as possible. However, we reserve the right for typographical errors and incorrect prices, and we are not bound by prices that you knew or should have known were incorrect. If an incorrect price has been stated for an ordered product, we will notify you and await your approval of the corrected price before the order is considered confirmed. 
  3. You can pay for your purchase using the payment methods and according to the separate payment terms stated on the Website. We reserve the right not to always offer all payment options, or to change the selected method if it does not function properly at the time of purchase. 

5. Campaigns, Discount Codes and Other Offers 

  1. The Company may from time to time offer promotions, discount codes and other offers for certain products (“Offers”). For products included in such Offers, the discounted price or favorable terms apply only during the limited period stated in connection with the specific Offer or while stocks last. In all other respects, these Terms apply. 
  2. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless expressly stated otherwise. When an Offer expires or is withdrawn, these Terms apply in full to the products that were previously included in the Offer. 

6. Abandoned Shopping Cart 

  1. If you have added items to your shopping cart without completing the purchase, we may send you a reminder email listing the products in your cart, provided that you are a registered customer who has not opted out of marketing from us, or that you have otherwise consented to receive marketing. 
  2. You can unsubscribe from such marketing at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in the email you receive. 
  3. You may recreate your shopping cart at any time with all the items you previously added. If you do not wish to recreate the cart, you do not need to take any action. Prices and availability are based on the conditions that applied when you added the items to your cart. We therefore reserve the right to adjust prices in connection with promotions or when items sell out.

Letter (Sent as padded mail, non-trackable)

  • 0.05 kg = 35 SEK
  • 0.1 kg = 65 SEK
  • 0.2 kg = 105 SEK


Bulky Items
For certain products, such as 5-liter jerry cans (+30 SEK), an additional fee per item applies due to oversized format. The fee is included in the total price shown at checkout. 


Free Shipping:
Orders over 4,500 SEK (excluding VAT) qualify for free shipping.
The free shipping threshold does not apply to deliveries using PostNord ServicePoint or Parcel FlexChange.
Applies only within Sweden.


International Deliveries:
We reserve the right to adjust the shipping cost for deliveries outside Sweden, as special delivery conditions apply in different countries. Therefore, the shipping cost stated in your checkout and order confirmation may differ from the final amount on the valid invoice.

9. Warranty

For products covered by a warranty, the warranty period and applicable conditions are stated in connection with each product description on the Website. To make a warranty claim, the relevant proof of purchase, receipt, and delivery note must be included. Please note that specific warranty terms may apply for products from different suppliers and manufacturers. Therefore, pay close attention to the product description for your specific item.

10. Complaints

Complaints regarding incorrect deliveries or defective goods must be made within 8 days from the date of receipt. Transport damages must be reported immediately to info@gertab.se with photos. Damages to the product must be reported without undue delay. Contact us for more information on the complaint process.


Privacy Policy

11. Limitation of Liability

Gertab Sjukvårdsprodukter AB is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as loss of profit, loss of production, or other economic loss caused by the product or its use. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

We are also not responsible for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events as described below.

12. Force Majeure

Gertab Sjukvårdsprodukter AB shall be exempt from liability for any failure to fulfill its obligations under these Terms if the failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to, war, government action, labor disputes, blockades, fire, natural disasters, pandemics, or interruptions in public communication systems or energy supply.

In such cases, our obligations will be suspended for as long as the force majeure event continues. We will, however, always strive to minimize any potential inconvenience for our customers.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and all agreements between the customer and Gertab Sjukvårdsprodukter AB are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be settled by a Swedish court, with Malmö District Court as the first instance.
