The self-adhesive material stays in place without slipping and can be washed to restore its adhesive ability. The product is reusable and comfortable to wear in most shoes.

Usage
Place the gel pad directly on the skin or inside the shoe under the front ball of the foot. If adhesion decreases, wash with mild soap solution and air dry to restore adhesive ability.
