Usage
- Press the pack firmly with your hand to break the inner bag.
- Shake the compress to activate the cooling effect.
- Place a towel between the pack and skin. Apply to the area for max 30 minutes.
- Discard after use.
Important to Know
Never place the cold compress directly on the skin – always use fabric in between to avoid frostbite. For external use only.
