• The mousse: Apply morning and evening to clean, dry skin. Shake the bottle well, hold it upside down and dispense a small amount. Massage in until fully absorbed.
• The ampoules: Use one ampoule per day for 7 days, or as needed. Apply to clean skin and massage in until absorbed. Focus on dry and thickened areas.
• The spray: Spray on clean, dry feet as well as inside shoes or socks. Let dry before putting on anything. Use daily or as needed.
