Cleaning and Maintenance

• Step 1: Spray the grinding tool with a ready-to-use instrument cleaning agent and let act for at least 5 minutes.
• Step 2: Then rinse and clean with a concentrated disinfectant diluted in water and suitable for ultrasonic equipment.
• Step 3: Let the solution act for 10–15 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly with deionized water and dry the grinding tool.
• Step 4: Sterilize in autoclave (maximum 134°C) or use dry sterilization (maximum 180°C).

Important to Keep in Mind

• Recommended cleaning: Use a specific nylon brush
• to effectively remove residues from the grinding surface without damaging the material.
• Avoid damage: Never use steel brushes or other abrasive materials for cleaning.
• Temperature limit: Do not exceed 180°C during sterilization to prevent damage to the material.
