Cleaning and maintenance

• Step 1: Spray the grinder with a ready-mixed instrument cleaning solution and let it act for at least 5 minutes.
• Step 2: Then rinse and clean with a concentrated disinfectant diluted in water and suitable for ultrasonic equipment.
• Step 3: Let the solution act for 10–15 minutes. Then rinse thoroughly with deionized water and dry the grinder.
• Step 4: Sterilize in an autoclave (max 134°C) or use dry sterilization (max 180°C).

• Recommended cleaning: Use a specific nylon brush
•  to effectively remove residues from the grinding surface without damaging the material.
• Avoid damage: Never use steel brushes or other abrasive materials during cleaning.
• Temperature limit: Do not exceed 180°C during sterilization to prevent damage to the material.
