Leather metatarsal pad insole for forefoot problems and fallen forefoot arch

The solution for those with forefoot problems. Pedag Comfort is a handmade insole with an integrated metatarsal pad that supports the forefoot arch and relieves pain or burning sensation in the forefoot.

By reducing pressure on the metatarsal heads, the insole contributes to better foot comfort for fallen forefoot arch and hallux valgus. It is built on foam rubber with an extra heel cushion that further absorbs impact and is covered with vegetable-tanned leather. Easily attached with a self-adhesive spot inside the shoe. 

The insole is unisex and available in sizes 36–46. The insole often fits in shoes that are 1–3 sizes smaller than the indicated shoe size. We recommend testing the insole in the intended shoe to ensure optimal placement and fit.

Usage

Place the insole with the metatarsal pad under the forefoot arch, behind the ball of the foot. Press down to secure the self-adhesive surface. Best suited for flat shoes and can be used for fallen forefoot arch, hallux valgus, or general forefoot pain. It is recommended to test the insole in the shoe before use to ensure correct placement depending on shoe and foot shape.

Important to know

• We recommend going up 1-3 sizes from the shoe's size.  
• Replace the insole when showing clear signs of wear
• Suitable for shoes with climate membrane (TEX)
