Gärtner insole Flexa with metatarsal pad is designed to relieve the forefoot and provide support for a fallen anterior arch, a common cause of foot pain and fatigue. The metatarsal pad – a soft elevation in the insole – helps distribute pressure more evenly and alleviate discomfort in cases such as metatarsal insufficiency and tenderness in the ball of the foot.

The soft foam rubber core provides extra cushioning and comfort, while the top layer of vegetable-tanned calfskin is gentle on the skin and allows the foot to breathe.
