Certain fatty acids in the oils may solidify partially or completely at lower temperatures, e.g. when stored in a refrigerator or during winter transport. Place in a water bath or near a radiator to melt. This does not affect the quality or properties of the oil.

Peanut oil. Fatty acid composition: Saturated fatty acids 20%. Monounsaturated fatty acids 42%. Polyunsaturated fatty acids 38%. Store in a dark and cool place.
