Origin and sustainability

Jojoba oil is extracted from the seeds of the jojoba plant (Simmondsia chinensis), a hardy shrub that thrives in desert areas of North America and Argentina. The seeds contain about 50% liquid wax, making the oil extremely stable and durable.
